Matcha French Toast With Adzuki Sauce
This decadent Matcha French Toast will just melt in your mouth!!
INGREDIENTS

2 slices of thick bread

10 grams butter
-
Kuromitsu (Japanese sugar syrup)

Matcha powder
-
Whipped cream
-
Gold leaf

200 milliliters matcha latte
-
2 eggs, beaten
-
1 tablespoon sugar

Adzuki syrup:
-
1 adzuki ice cream bar

Salt
INSTRUCTIONS

Sprinkle adzuki ice cream bar with a pinch of salt and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 90 seconds at 600 watts. Set this to the side.

In a try, combine matcha latte, beaten eggs and sugar and mix to combine.

Dip bread slices into mixture, making sure to absorb as much of the matcha liquid as possible.

Melt some butter in a frying pan and cook bread on both sides until lightly brown.

Serve with adzuki syrup, whipped cream, kuromitsu, matcha powder and gold leaf.
